Outstanding Biden Labor Regulations

President Joe Biden has sought to cast himself as the most pro-labor president in American history and has tasked his administration with implementing rules that include expanding overtime pay, protecting retirement savings for workers and making it more difficult for employers to classify workers as independent contractors with fewer job protections. If Republicans are victorious in elections later this year, they could use the Congressional Review Act to roll back dozens of regulations as long as they do so within 60 legislative days of the rules being introduced.
